Whats the formula to calculate a course intercept?

Does anyone know? Thanks

I don't know of a mathamatical formula, so here's an old plotting trick.

I did the trigonometric formula. My equation, with variables calculated, ended up being like 4 lines long.

Probably the simplest method. You can do it right on the Nav map.
Once you get the hang of it, you can plot an intercept course in less than a minute that wil get you in a good position in front of the target.
