Hey, everyone, please join in with the rest of the internet and laugh at ITV. They’ve only gone and made a documentary about Gadaffi’s links with the IRA, and then used footage from Arma II to illustrate it. “IRA Film 1988***8243; it says over a dodgy Frapsing of Arma II. No, they actually did that.
TV Confuses Arma With Real Life

Seriously...

LMAO

Then again we're talking of journalists here, so something like this shouldn't come as a big surprise.

Oh, ITV, how unsurprised are we. Not exactly the paradigm of news reporting at the best of times.

Wow, I completely forgot about real life's frame rate and texture loading problems. Good thing I don't play that game anymore...

Love how the Daily Fail have to brand it as a 'violent' video game

So they have a 1988 clip of IRA shooting down a British chopper and incidentally a clip from Arma II where some random balaclava heads shoot down a British chopper? Wow, these guys should do lottery more often.

You have to give them a point. ArmA II is a realistic simulation game.

Every link I've clicked looking to watch this gem is dead. Apparently someone is very agressively removing the footage from the net.
