Is there a mod that opens the hatch between the conning tower interior/command room?

I know there is a open hatch mod to open the hatch between command room and radio room.

I also know there is a mod that opens the hatch between the conning tower interior to conning tower exterior.

But is there a mod that opens the hatch between conning tower interrior and command room?

I see. I have this already I must not have applied it into my hybrid 7 type interiors correctly. Actually I just figured it out. But thanks for the suggestion.
