Just cant decide..

So maybe you know, maybe you dont, but Steam is having a huge sale on games.
I have 5 dollars, and there are 2 games I want. I can get Janes Fleet command which comes with 688(I) Hunter/Killer, Fleet Command, & Sub Command.
That package is 5 bucks. 20 regular price.
The other one is just Dangerous Waters, and thats 4 bucks. 15 originally.
or i could buy them all for 8 bucks but i only have 5 and payday is not until next Wendsday! What do i do? Any reccomendations?
I wasent sure if this should go in this or classic games so sorry if i posted in the wrong place. I usually post in the SHIII part of the Forums
