How to access my radio?

I notice all the SH5 doesn't have a radio, but I see that people download the German Radio Packs, Skins and etc. Is there a mod that turns on my radio, or gives me a radio for SH5?

Thank you. Looks like I'm going to have to re-learn the keyboard commands again. Darn!

Wish there was a mod just adding the radio and gramaphone toggle.
