It would seem that your constitutionaly guaranteed RIGHT has already been more than "Infringed".

I wonder if one day people will have to make a decision to fight for The People's Constitution or, The Government's Laws.
Not a happy thought, but a very real possibility, and not only in USA.

Dr. Suzanna Gratia Hupp, appearing before Representative Charles Schumer---8217;s committee hearings on the assault weapons ban

---8220;The fundamental force behind the Second Amendment is to empower the people and give them the greatest measure of authority over the tyranny of runaway government.---8221;
U.S. Rep. Bob Schaffer, 2002

Dangerous laws created by well intentioned people today can be used by dangerous people with evil intentions tomorrow.---8221;
Alan Eppers

To ban guns because criminals use them is to tell the innocent and law-abiding that their rights and liberties depend not on their own conduct, but on the conduct of the guilty and the lawless, and that the law will permit them to have only such rights and liberties as the lawless will allow... For society does not control crime, ever, by forcing the law-abiding to accommodate themselves to the expected behavior of criminals. Society controls crime by forcing the criminals to accommodate themselves to the expected behavior of the law-abiding.

So Larry is guessing what some possible future legislation that hasn't been written let alone voted on is going to do.
Seems like a nut getting his panties all twisted over nothing.

It is an old story, it has bugger all to do with siezing americans guns and taking away nut rights, it may impact on international arms deals though but I think Hilary is still insisting on a veto being included in any eventual agreement just like all the other major arms exporters are.

Far be it for me to suggest that Forbes magazine has an agenda, but a review of the arms trade treaty documents on the UN site does not match up with what Forbes is publishing.

It's not really so much Forbes as the opinion blog of one of their journalists. Where he's free to talk out of his behind, apparently
