i dwnlded it, its in 121k, its in notepad, not a regular rsr file

It´s zipped as an "7z" File. For unzipped you need this program: http://www.7-zip.org/ It´s an freeware program !!!

In my opinion the best program you can find. It can many more formats unzipped, I use this program for all package-formats !

Download you 7-zip and install. After that unzipped the file with 7-zip and put the MOD into MODS-Folder and enable via JSGME !
