Those look a lot like suction marks of a giant octopus

These creatures, they also fire automatic weapons, just look at the small-arms strafing just above the octopi's marks

Help, I only live a few miles from the sea, what if they evolve?

Looks like three exhaust ports with the usual carbon build-up. Tug came alongside and her fenders wiped the soot off.

I'm still warming up the popcorn machine for when they actually try their hand at live carrier air operations. The night and weather landings are gonna be fun.....

Exhaust Ports huh? I'm guessing that if we fire a shot in to those that the whole battle station err aircraft carrier will be destroyed. I'm betting its ray shielded so we will have to use Proton Torpedoes.
