Stopwatch

Am I the only person whose stopwatch runs at different speed depending on which screen I'm in? Open the nav map, start the stopwatch and it tick, ticks, ticks away in perfect time. Go to The Attack Scope, The Observation Scope, The OZO or even just be in the Bridge and it slows down. A graphics issue? more stuff going on in the screen and the system slows down? I have a Radeon 5450 GPU with a gig of DDR3 video memory so it surely can't be as simple as the graphics card not being up to it??!?!?!?!?!?
