I've come back to SHIII after a lengthy layoff. Now I have a PC capable of running it in its full GWX enhanced glory I intend to make quite the nuisance of myself amongst the shipping lanes. However, I've run into a bit of a snag in my plan for maritime domination...
When I press F10 or F11 to go to either of the gun stations, nothing happens. I've tried it both manned and unmanned with no difference. I'm running GWX Gold with only a few mods (Merchant Fleet Mod and Contact Colours). Has anyone run into something like this before and worked out what caused it, or am I being special again? I could carry on happily just using torpedoes on the bigger targets, but there's something just plain satisfying about hurling huge lumps of metal at high velocity... |
