I am trying to find some tutorials or the way to calculate distances and speed. Without standmeter or any other equipament only using my eye paper and pencil. Any help will be a nice help.

I have a suggestion for you. There really is not that many different set of speeds involved in the game, the ship usually travel at either 4-6-10 or 15 knots. Merchant can often go using 10 knots and escorts will often use 15 knots speed.
My suggestion to you is to develope an instinct for measuring speed. Using standard way of measuring speed is time consuming, why not develope an instinct. Test ships, put marks where the ship is, let the clock run for 30 or 60 second, put another mark. Note the distance. What you will do next, measure the speed in the proper way, now remember that distance between the two points and remember the speed you found, now you will remember that distance the next time you want to find it. It is much easier to develope that instinct and remember distances because its much faster and you dont need AOB and range when you need to find the speed next time. Try it. Measure the distance and try to associate that length with the speed you found. Like I said ships usually travel at a certain speed, you can also look in the ship recognition manual, when you see a specific speed for a specific type of ship, the likelyness that the speed is the same for another ship of the same type is good. You can also use the maximum speed in the ship manual to find out what the speed will not be. Naval warfare is not strictly about using equipments, you should develope an instinct too so that you become a more efficient hunter. When you have a list of ranges travelled for a specific amount of time, you can quickly plot two points and wait 30 seconds to find a speed, and you can make a pretty good guess if you think your are off a little. If you want to find speed in the proper way you need AOB and range first which means you need to use the stadimeter and you also need to plot many points on the map. There are many tricks you can do to find speeds as well. If you use TheDarkWraith's NewUI you can use the button for travelling parallell with the ship, then place the periscope in the middle of the ship, increase or decrease the sub's speed if the periscope moves from the center of the targets ship, when it doesnt move anymore you have found the speed of the targets ship. The point with this is to travell with the same course and same speed, the periscope should be neutral and not move. The good part of this method is that it can be done at any distance at any time you can see the target ship so you can do it right away and the only thing you need to do is click the button "Travel parallell with target ship", observe the periscope, does the ship move forward in the periscope? Increase by one knot, observe again, does it move backward? Decrease the sub's speed by one knot. The same trick can be performed for direction of the ship. If you already know the speed of the ship, you can apply that speed to your own uboat and then try to travel in the same direction as the target ship, if the ship moves back or forth in the periscope you do not have the same direction as the target ship, when the periscope is neutral you have found the direction of the target ship.
