Torpedo View

I have seen in a few playthroughs on youtube and I have seen this on my own game, but I cant seem to replicate it consistently.

When firing a torpedo a small window with video of the torpedo running in the water opens up. Lately it hasnt done this for me. How can I get that back or have it popup on command?
Sorry this is for SH4 not 5. I posted it in the wrong spot and cant seem to figure out how to delete it or move it.
