[TEC] two languages in a 1.5 install

I'm not sure if this is a technical question.

a while back, I'd say a year, give or take, a member here found out how to make it so both english and german worked in silent hunter 4.

working on the Surface Warfare mod, we kinda need this, as I'm sure a lot of the player will switch between English and German campaigns often, and we could make them jump in and out of the game to do so, though a German language pack, I distinctly remember a member coming up with a fix.

I've searched but theres too much confusion in the results, i can't find it.

But I'm also known to have a creative mind, I hope thats not the case.

can anyone help?
