Completed my first mission - what now?
Hi,
just completed my first mission sinking 25 000 tons of merchants on the english east coast. Cruised back to base, but I'm not able to "end patrol". I believe I have missed something, but can someone tell me how this is working? When can I return to base? Thanks!
