SH3 Commander and WAC help and questions?

ok i havent had any straight answers on this and i've been trying to rap my mind around it and can seem to go any further with myself. ok i recently downloaded WAC4.1 and i like using sh3 commander. when i install wac on a clean version of sh3 and use magui with all the fixes to make it compatible it runs fine and it starts me off in kiel 1939 1st flottila which is historicly normal and the game runs perfect. now when i try to run it with sh3 commander it starts me off in wilmshaven in 1939 1st flottila which isn't right. so what ive been trying to do is figure out a way to incorperate wac into sh3 commander so it will run sh3 com and wac with no problems. does anyone have any info that could benefit this idea?

I'm not sure it may have been GWX that changed the start dates and locations, and WAC has them the same as the stock game. If that's the case, the WAC's starting flotillas are the same as stock.

That would be my first guess, but, as I said, I'm not an expert.
