I just read an article by the first American officer to take the Perisher course. I've seen brief videos of the course before.
He didn't mention it, but the main difference between Brit and American crews is the Brits are more accustomed to rudeness. American command: "Diving officer, mark your depth!" British version: "Engineer, get this boat on depth or I'll put my boot up your $%^#!" ![]()
