Default New Newbie Question

A navigation question.
When I pull up the navigation map (F5) and click on the “Tool Helper” then the “Protractor”
or "Plot Course" the circle seems to be upside down. The 180’ is on the top and 0’ is on the bottom.
The same with N & S why is this?

Makes it easier to plot courses from a target to it's destination.

1) Click where you/it is starting from.

2) Drag to destination

3) Read on protractor, That is it's course.

It's because the line you are drawing doesn't extend beyond the cursor point. Therefore it wil never cross the desired degree mark of the propper compass-scale. Hence the solution was to use the opposite direction (towards the begining point of the line), and rearange the name/numbers to correctly give the actual direction of the line.
