Default Help with underwater lights

Hi!

Could someone help me with my mod-soup? I actually like the mods I use but I have an ugly side effect that is pretty annoying... Under water the sunbeams are just too much... It is like you would be blinded by the sun extremly under water while above the surface it is like a normal sunny day... Could I just set some value somewhere that lesser sunbeams go through the surface? Or maybe just reduce underwater visibility to just not see them? Its not only looking very ugly, its also killing my framerate...

I use UnderwaterCFG_1_1_byTheBeast, because I thought it to solve the problem, but probably the combination with other mods makes things worse...

i did not sendet you the env underwater mod?... that one did not fixed the problem?

You indeed sent me an underwater mod.
I am not sure why I removed it (can't remember, it's some time ago),...
I now re-enabled it and it actually looks much better, although its still a bit much for my taste.

does this happen above the water in external cam looking at the sun? For some unknown reason, when using MO, if i go to my external cam (the less moveable one that works even if you disable external cam in difficulty) and look towards certain directions, GODRAYS! Its like the Lord is in front of my boot, in all His glory.

and it should. That camera is only meant to be used inside the boat. Hence the name - free camera and NOT external camera.

Well, i love anything free, so thats why I use it. Had to turn off external camera because I was using it to cheat. I like the restrictions of freecam to do only eye candy.

I use Environment MOD 5.0 byW_clear when I made that MOD.

It is ok TheBeast... he used an env mod reworked by me and because that i make movies i make the underwater like this... he installed your underwater ... the underwater is controlled from manny parameters... and he had same problem... i fixed the problem back for him... your underwater mod is working fine with w_clear mod or with stock file... is not working only with my env reworked mod... so i can confirm your mod is OK
