One of the many things I really liked about the SH series was being able to dock my u boat after a patrol in the penn.
I dont know why but there is just something very atmospheric about those penns. Anyway, I dont know if you have noticed but if you try and use ANY other penn to dock your boat , apart from the one which is furthest to the left side (as you approach)... then you crash. This didnt happen in SH3. In other words in SH5 only one single bay / penn is available. Is this the end of the world ? No but Does it ruin the immersion of the game? -- most definitely , yes. Would there be there any possible / realistic fix for this?? Last edited by Stevepine; 03-01-11 at 08:06 PM. |

I never noticed . But then agian i barley park my boat anymore because it just gets boring aftet a while. Wish they still had the band and stuff and the pier is wat to high. I just dont understand why stuff like that has to be cut out the game. Someone was working on a band but got abandonden. But now i understand why nobody has added some other uboats inside the pens.

I was very impressed at how it was possible to get the lighthouses working and there have also been various mods to make all the buildings near the docks look better.
I realise fixing the penns would almost certainly be a LOT harder but I really hope it might be possible. |
