I recall hearing it was woefully inaccurate, though I guess historical accuracy is usually too much to ask for these days in any case.

![]() the story is quite good (only after the first 5 episodes though) good actors/actresses wildly exaggerated fight scenes, tons of CGI/slow motion as for comparing it to Rome, i don't think its possible S:BaS's fight scenes are extreme, almost cheesy, while the sex is getting better and better Rome is serious, while Spartacus seems like something you would direct Dowly ![]() don't know if you would like the fighting style though ![]() |
