Nozaurio,
If you want, you can send me your texture for the floor, and I will make a _N.dds to match it. ![]()

@ Nozaurio : i can't help you, but let me say that'll be a nice cosmetic mod, which is really needed for "cosmetic realism" in SH5 (for my opinion).
I always found that the vanilla floor was unrealistic and too brand (not really, really dirty enough...)

In the original Type VIIC, there are 3 styles of floor plate. Below are two if the internal plates, the third style is used external.
The first picture is from a Type IX, and I believe there internal plates style was different. ![]() CT floor ![]() Galley floor |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() As we know, these boats were repainted several times both at home and abroad, perhaps for maintenance or repair and rarely used the standard colors of each object inside due to hurry to return to these submarines to combat. ![]() On the other hand I was researching on my part on a NormalMap plugin for Gimp, which is the editor I use for excellent and I found this which I share with you: This is a small tutorial on how to convert an image to NormalMap in Gimp, but unfortunately the plugin download link is down: http://davenunez.wordpress.com/2008/...-maps-for-fsx/ This is the link to download the plugin for Gimp NormalMap apparently also works for Windows 64 bit: http://registry.gimp.org/node/69 Tomorrow to download and install it on my Windows 7 64 bit, and informs them if it worked. ![]() |

There is also an excellent NormalMap Generator/DDS plugin for Photoshop if you can't make it work with Gimp.
