Amnesia: The Dark Descent

Captains, I know that this is NOT a navy game, but was wondering if anyone has played it?, when I coincidentally saw a trailer of the game...

I'm too much of a chicken to play that game. I watched the trailer and that did it for me.

i've only played it for about 3 hours before i got distracted by another game, but... it is a decent game, and it will creep you out a bit.

From what i played in an nutshell, your pieceing together the past, (IE, WTF happened here and why am i here?) as you go through bits and pieces of clues. The game throws just about very classic spooky haunted house cliche at you, at just the right moments.

There are no weapons, but there is light sources, and they are not infinate. You'll finid a lamp, which requires oil. Youl'll find tinder, which is used to light candles or fixed lamps you may find. You only have so much oil, and so much tinder, so you have to ration its useage. So you find yourself balancing between walking around in the dark, to that all so comforting light.

Yep I've played it, never finished it though. Its very good and very scary, reason why I never finish it.

This one popped into my subscriptions last night, 2 gals playing Amnesia with camera pointed at them while they play.
