Camoflage not appearing

Just a minor bug that I noted... I bought the first available camoflage for my sub (dark wavey lines over the normal grey) and although it seems to appear fine in the sub-pen when I get on the submarine it is very inconsistent. Occasionally it will appear, but more often than not it reverts back to the standard grey coating (both in first person and external cam modes).

Does anyone know of any fixes for this? I am running the game unmodded.
