It's called RIMPAC-CSG made by SeaQueen

Description: Command a Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) submarine attacking a US Carrier Strike Group in part of the RIMPAC exercises off Hawaii.

Originally could be downloaded from www.subguru.com but now plenty of the links are no longer working since today and some download at very ridiculous speed.

The CADC will host anything you upload as long as its DW or submarine related.
