[REL] Dramatic Music

I added a few select music tracks to the game from SeaQuest DSV and a game called Valkyria Chronicles and placed them in situations i thought were cool this is the first thing ive ever done like this so hopefully it works i think i made it work so you can use JSGME to install it anyway's here is the link:
