Default A little help please

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get the game running faster? My FPS sucks very badly, 10 in torpedo room, engine room, command room etc. Also outside very low to. Only place where i get good FPS is in the conning tower. Theirs gotta be some way to speed up this game at least by a good 10-15 FPS. I'm using 9400 GT graphics card by the way.

Thanks mates

You might try scaling back on some of your graphics options. Taking out shadows and anti-aliasing speeds things up considerably. Of course, the game won't look quite as delicious.

You can also try Game Booster:

I noticed a significant increase in responsiveness and smoothness in my game play.

Happy hunting!

Looks like I might just have to get a new graphics card and power source. Is 3.00 ram good for games like these?

1. RAM and graphic card... And that`s it? What about processor? Power supply? RAM it`s not a just RAM.
2. Maybe some your mods... orders? Try reload mods or reinstall the game and try again.
I got HD4850 e2160 (oberlocked to 2.79MHz) 2x1GB RAM Geil 800Mhz and fps 50-60 - sometimes jumping very fast up and down - probably CPU tacting.
3. And your OS, XP - 3RAM doesn`t make sense.

@sober I noticed very low fps with bad mods orders. After deactivated and reloads mods it`s back to normal fps for my PC (50-60up is full playable).

Do you have a dual screen? That does not help either...

Got a new GTX 460 AND PSU 600W. Good to go for a while. Might be getting some more ram and a new processor soon. Thanks
