Major investigation going on in France and Pakistan on whether France cutting off bribes to Pakistani intermediaries in their Agosta-90B submarine deal was the cause of a suicide bombing that killed 11 French engineers in Pakistan.

Personally I don't think it the cause, people over there needn't such an excuse to kill westerners. But it does make for exciting reading.

A remarkable story, given the 11 French engineers died, no empathy, but the money speaks a clear language.
