When i Start Opmonsun carrer in 1939 with IIA , Will i get better sub during my carrer( viic ,IX,)

A large boat allows for more torpedoes, and other benefits,but these are well available in the meantime, I suppose, but can not say with certainty,I myself have not run Opmonsun, so this is just conjecture.

WELCOME ABOARD!

I do run Op Monsun, but unfortunately I've never trade boats. I think you can trade up if you want, but I'm not absolutely certain.

Also we have a board just for SH4 Uboats. It's a sub-forum of this one, so it's a little hard to find.
