Did I miss something?

So I'm looking around at various screenshots, and notice that everyone else's watch crew but mine have binos...Is there a mod somewhere for that?
I've look around, but haven't found anything specifically for binoculars for the watch crew. Is it part of one of the uniform mods or something?

Also many thanks to all the modders out there! This game is so much more enjoyable thanks to your efforts!!

Regards FJR9. If you want to add the crew deck, install this mod:

After installing this mod, place the link we send [501]Otto, which updates the binoculars of the time, remember, first MightyFine Crew Mod 1.2.1 and then install new KM binoculars SH5:
