I thought that this topic was going in a completely different direction.

EDIT: Right, they're going to 'destroy' the weapons. There's simply no way that they'll mysteriously appear in the hands of the NDV, right? I know the point of the thread is that the weapons were Iranian, but the pledge to destroy them jumped out at me as pretty unlikely.

LOL....those weapons are probably already spoken for/on some Nigerian warlords shopping list.

They'll not go to waste when there is a ready made consumer market in-house.
