Where and when did you purchase the game? Newer versions currently for sale on disk or via download (Steam, Ubi's online store) should already be fully patched to v1.4.

I think he's patched to 1.4, but wants to know what mods (or how to add) are available for 1.4, as most are done for 1.5.
