S3D Software???

S! To all,

I have been, Googling and MsNing for the S3D program but no luck what so ever... It seems useful to do skinning of a sub, emblems, and apparently even to create mission!!!!!

I am right or wrong? anyway can some one direct give me some info or a link to get the program?
