Default Autonomis Autos

Cars that 'drive themselves'?

No longer science fiction and out of the 'lab' and onto the streets

Wait till you see who is doing the research...

Anyone driving the twists of Highway 1 between San Francisco and Los Angeles recently may have glimpsed a Toyota Prius with a curious funnel-like cylinder on the roof.

I rather stick to the Docklands Light Railway where there is no operator or guard, tried and tested. I've seen the results of these cars and there not there yet.

I agree they 'arent there yet' but its fascinating that a private industry has done in a few years what the automotive industry has been working on for decades... Wire in the roads
