How do you give out medals??
Meaning.. How do you figure out who deserves them? or do you just give them to people that did a great job for that patrol? For example, If you needed torpedoes loaded really bad during a battle, give medals to torp men?
Or if you were damaged badly and used Machine guys , give it to them because they did a great job patching you up? Just curious.. |
