Default Of carnivores and herbivores

Whenever I think that I have seen or at least imagined all lows and falls the human intellect is capable of, somebody strolls along and proves me wrong.

This guy leaves me speechless. Because he means it serious, I'm afraid.

Oh my, it must be a mad dog's day.

http://www.prisonplanet.com/global-w...e-deniers.html

Didn'T I just say it one post earlier? Whenever you think you have seen all stupidity, somebody comes along and shows you that it can always become much worse.

Judge yourself. I still feel sick from reading these two.

So Mr. Pentti Linkola, when exactly will you be killing yourself to make the world better ecologically? And btw, the Soviets had Gulags, Nazis had Stalags.

The second link

As for the case of stupidity

Human wits has its limits but foolishness has none!
and

A fool never think himself one and when he does he ceases being a fool.
Provided he remembers it.

The Jokela school shooter in Finland was influenced by Linkola, his mother was an avid follower and the boy met him also and studied his work.
I was in favor of charging Linkola for incitement to murder in the case.

The other article boggles the mind and is another scary freak.
Im personally in favor of bringing chicken and pigs to schools to be slaughtered, we dont want our children to be detached from reality.
By the time they hit university they wont turn in one of these lunatics.

I could have sworn that someone in this topic espouses policies like that nut in the second link.

Hmmm, rather OTT I'd say. Although I do ponder if governments will continue to become more intrusive and controlling over their populations as resource costs continue to rise.
In regards to the first link, yes, again it's a standard opinion taken a bit OTT by the person who is writing. We've sodded around with the natural balance enough, continuing to do it in some sort of moral crusade would only cause more damage.

you will always have extremists who insist that dictatorship is more efficient than democracy, even Molière wrote essays about the virtue of enlightened absolutism.

However, I am a form believer in the old saying that Democracy is the worst form of Government but is still better than the alternative.

This guy leaves me speechless. Because he means it serious, I'm afraid.

All life lives on the appropriated life energy of other life-forms. One can fantasize about creating a world where this is not so, or philosophize that the endless cycle of life-consuming-life-consuming-life is something that should not have been, but that's the way it is. Some people just need to DEAL WITH IT already, sheesh.

Everybody has to make his/her own "moral" decision about where to draw the line when it comes to what life energy will be appropriated and how. I don't care what other people eat or don't eat, but I have little tolerance for the tendency of some to play the holier-than-thou game over it.
