It's stable, and definitely a fun break from playing cat and mouse with destroyers. You can choose from a destroyer all the way up to the Graf Zeppelin (I think)

in that thread it says its working for 1.4, but not GWX, but that thread is 'old'.
Is there a new thread that has it for GWX?

also, how does damage control and crew management work?

Hi Vixen, Welcome aboard

Give it a try. The first time my crew called out "aircraft spotted" I hit the crash-dive key out of sheer habit. Momentary panic as I realized I couldn't hide, followed by joy as the attacking aircraft disintegrated in a storm of AA fire.

I am a big SH fan and have had them all.. For the last many hours I have been messing around with this mod.. I must say... ITS AWESOME!!!

Driving the big Bismark is a treat itself, but to fire the huge guns and many flak is killer(no pun)

I found a nice fat convoy and took care of the escorts first (what easy work it was)

And destroyed every single ship that was in it.. Even though the Bismark never got her chance to reek havoc to convoys as she was designed to do (THANK GOD) it was fun that I gave her that virtual chance.

It works JUST FINE with GWX3.. I un activated my mods and just activated the warship mod.. The sounds are a little funny and you still have some compartments that are of the U-boat, but its done very well!

Just dont try to mess with the depth settings.. I decided to dive and even though you don't see the ship go under, IT DOES.. But worse you cannot resurface.. I mean you do, but you cannot use your deck options any more.. So no more guns ..

The speed on this beast is amazing.. 32+ knots, and it handles like it probably did in real life.. Slow to start and a bitch to stop!
Turning is like turning a ship

Try it out if your bored, its WELL WORTH THE SMALL EFFORT!

Can check this thread too:

http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=173813

Believe it has the same mod, or at least the Bismark portion plus a bunch of cool luftwaffe planes (lot of the experimental ones like the Arado Pfeighst), original mod (I think) wasn't worked on since last year by the original author (U-47).

May the light of the Leigh-Lamp not fall upon you.
