[REQ] Auto firing deck- and flakgun

Gentlemen

When I select a ship through the binocs in order to have her shot at by the deckgun (press space; little yellow triangel) I hear "man the deckun" aso; the gun starts firing even before this sentence ends....
Is there a way to disable this, especially the soundline? The same question regards auto shooting with the onboard flak.
I would be very grateful if someone could give me a clue or help me out in this matter?
