Speech problem
For some time now I have been playing SH3 in english, but now I want to play it in German.
When I went to settings I find that I am unable to change this. So I looked through the files and find that most if not all the german speech files are missing...  I could reinstall it but I don't have the CD anymore...  I was hoping maybe I could download the missing files in hopes to start a more realistic career play...

Moved some files around but never touched the sound file, other than opening it.

Have you considered recovering the speech files via a supermod?

It's very odd that so many files would just go missing.
