This just doesent seem like a good idea to me...

How about an app that tells you to put the <expletive deleted> phone DOWN while you are driving?

You know what thats not a bad idea. Maybe an app that wont let you dial or text when traveling at speeds greater than 30mph.

But then people would whine about not being able to use their precious cell phone while they are a passenger.

After all, it has been confirmed in "a study" that if you can't access your cell phone at least every 15 seconds you will die.
