So many mods! Where to start?

Hi guys,

I got the urge to do some subsimming today after a long absence. I thought about buying SH5 on Steam, but after a cursory glance at the forums here and at Ubisoft to gauge the community sentiment towards it I've decided not to waste my money.

So that left me with reinstalling SH4 or SH3, both of which I already own. I came here to see what kind of mods are available to improve each game and frankly I'm blown away. You guys have been busy!

I decided to go with SH4 and was wondering if someone might take a minute to recommend which mods are "must haves" to improve the look, gameplay and squash bugs.

So far I've installed SH4 and the U-Boat Missions pack. I'm looking forward to seeing what else you guys think I should add!

Doesn't matter just go back to store where you bought Silent Hunter 3 and 4 and ask shopowner where to find Silent Hunter 5 take it and pay it.

Run as fast as you can back home and install the game.

then download HiDef Realistic Interface V2.0 from Reaper7.
