is there a mod I could use with JSGME to have the normal ship/aircraft icons on the nav and Tdc map apear as they do in stock SH3, either red/ blue or green with a tail.

it does not work, I extracted it with 7zip, put it in the the mods folder, and activated it with JSGME, but icons are still grey and wakeless.

Should be: [Game Folder] [MODS] [GWX Contact Color] - or whatever the mod's main folder is called [data] - the data folder inside the mod's main folder Has to be set up that way for JSGME to find the "data" files from the mod that need to be written to the game's "data" folder in order to activate it. If you're set up that way already, and it's still not working - do you have any other mods enabled? Were you in port (between patrols) when you enabled this one? |

Extract the file into the MODS folder then enable it with/via JSGME.
