Can`t uninstall?

Hello, I am new here and I have a problem, I am trying to uninstall Silent hunter 3, and well, I get an error message when its half way through, then I get a fatal error and the uninstaller closes!

This what the error message says: Error 1316.A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C\Windows\Installer\Silent Hunter III.msi
then the fatal error where the uninstaller shuts down says: Error -1603 Fatal error during installation. Consult Windows installer help (msi.chm) for more information.

Please help!
