Flight Simulator X with add-ons

Im starting to become enamored with sims of all types now and am looking at other sailing and flight sims.

I found Flight Simulator X (http://www.microsoft.com/games/pc/flightsimulatorx.aspx) has great potential for its ability to add content.

Here is a link to DeltaSim that allows you to pilot boats using FSX.

What would be nice is to be able to import pilotable planes and boats (already some have been made) into the SH3 environment.

I would love to be spending the day sailing the ocean blue and then spot a submarine rising out of the water!
