[REQ] UI with extended basic commands

Guys, I tried to set up for myself a UI based on the very clean stock UI and also inspired about the TDW UI work, but I'm too nab to figure out how to mod stuff.. so is there somebody bored enough to make something like this?

The main idea is not to modify the UI but to add and reorganize a bit some very basic commands. I tried to extend the bottom row and add a compass for quick navigation and also the crew for quick access to their default dialog panel. This is what I really miss when I'm in the heat of the battle and these stuff should be in the SH5 UI by default.

Some says that an image worth a thousand words, so here it is. The bottom row is displayed in normal mode and whit Ctrl button hold down, to access the detailed navigation. Every crew member default dialog panel can be accesed with a single click, in the screens is the WO default dialog panel activated and the Bosun is just highlighted.

If is not very complicated, can somebody do a mod like this ?
