Attack Periscope.. can't turn it anymore..

Since today, I am unable to turn the pericope. I can raise and lower it, but I cant turn it to left or the right. Neither, cursor keys or mouse work anymore with it. Oddly enough, UZO and observation periscope still works properly.

Anyone ever encountered this and know how to fix this?

As for mods, the only thing that I tried ( installed and de-installed) is Fubars IXB splint camo earlier this morning.
