Question for the original GWX team

Who should I ask for permission to modify and use file(s)?
I created pull-down Flaggen file to be used with either reaper7's or TheDarkWraith's MODs.
It is based on the original GWX file and I would like to ask for permission to release it.

All permission requests should go through Jimbuna and Kpt Lehmann.
They are the 'Trustees' for all things Grey Wolves.

Tennessee is really pretty (along with Kentucky) but still too cold in wintertime for me. If I never see a snowflake for the rest of my life and the only ice is gonna be the one in my glass of Jack Daniels I'm happy camper.
