Default Lord Of The Rings: Online

Anyone played or playing it?
I'm thinking of getting into it, read the Gamespot review and was very favourable.
However, on the lotro forums i'm seeing gamers complaining about the lack of support, for a year now...
Support meaning, in expansions, hardly any new content, player cap at 65, once that's reached, in expansions there isn't much to do for a lvl 65.
Also dev seems more focused on concentrating on cosmetic changes to game, rather than pure new content.
Your thoughts?

Kind of,
You can do PvP, it's called
Monster play, or PvMP, is Player versus Monster Player. What that means is instead of hobbits and elves fighting it out among themselves, a system has been created that lets players take temporary control of “monsters” and fight the higher level regular player characters of LotRO.

I played it for 2 years, loved it, but the review is right, after you reach your level cap, end game sucks.

However, some of the best 2 years of online gaming I've ever played.

I've played it almost from the start (3 years) ,ended up buying a lifetime sub I liked it so much ,but got a case of burnout now ,haven't played for a few months but with the lifetime I can comeback whenever i want - It's a fun game PVE but if you want PVP then not so much - think a PVE game with PVP tacked on
