Default More life spent on SH5 and I'm left with a question...

Ok so more of my life was spent today modding SH5 with Darkwraiths UI mod, and testing. I am immensely pleased that key features are back again. Including the TDC controls. Nice... this also makes me wonder (if they can be added by the modders?) why they were not included in the game in the first place.

But heres a question for you guys using the mod.

Is it possible to change the torpedo spread angle? Cos the dial does not seem to respond. Come to think of it, I cant remember a way to adjust the spread on the stock from my time spent with it last night. Yeah... help would be appreciated. Cheers.

I've looked around and even ran a search, but I cudn't find this question answered anywhere. Sorry if it has been.

Have a good one ppl!

JC.

I believe that Darkwraith's minimal dials UI gives you control over the spread angle of a salvo. Have a look at his notes for the mod but I'm 99% sure that's the case.

Yes I selected Salvo mode, but... Do i have to have a target locked first? is that what it is?

All other dials work perfectly.

I've not used it to fire a salvo - hopefully someone in the know will post soon.

Was there no info in DarkWraith's thread for the mod itself?

Works fine for me... locked or unlocked target. Just adjust the spread angle dial. You might have to open the weps officer and turn TDC 'on'.
