gtx 480 fermi

ive installed sh5, it cant detect my driver no correctly..it claims my gpu is in need of upgrading....icons sometimes become white squares, game continues but sometimes ctd....gtx 480 fermi,i7 975 extreme,p6t workstation professional mobo. 6gb dominater ram,twin 300 velociraptors,armor modded case, extreme cooling system, w7..i cant upgrade any more,do i have to build an old system for sh5.or should i bin it.and get sh4 plus modds....and ime not swinging the lantern, retired from diving,sim landlubber....greetings everybody.....jim

Wrong forum, but I think you may have to wait for either a driver update or game-update. They just rolled out these cards so you're quite possibly gonna be hitting a few walls in the next month or so.

Make sure you have the latest driver and the control panel does not overwrite/force any settings.
