Recalled to base?

Been messing with SH5 on and off since it's release and have restarted a few times. A question I have been meaning to ask is - What is the purpose of being called back to base? Does this mean just a refit or what?

It means BDU doenst have any specific orders for you at the time.

You're right, I think it is tied into the aggression thing - called back for not sinking any/many ships... cheers
